Who can I speak to when I call in initially?

· You will come through directly to one of our team advisers who will be happy to put you in touch with the appropriate specialist adviser who can best assist you.

What are your normal office hours and what if I am not able to meet with you during these hours?

· Our normal office hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm Mondays to Fridays (GMT+8). We are however happy to see you either at our offices or at another venue after these hours by arrangement.

· Please note that all calls made outside office hours will be billed to you under our expedited rates.

What about confidentiality?

· All matters discussed with us will be kept in the strictest of confidence. Unless we obtain your permission and provided that it is necessary to secure your Intellectual Property rights, we will not discuss your affairs with any other person or organisation.

· If clients require the execution of a Non Disclosure Agreement, we would be happy to comply.
