Our currently available positions are as set out below:- 



You should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field, preferably in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

The responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Conducting patentability searches; i.e searching for inventions, reviewing how they work and identifying their new or unique feature

  • Drafting patent specifications; i.e. writing or describing how the invention works in a clear and concise manner

  • Patent prosecution in Malaysia and overseas

  • Preparing arguments in response to patent examination reports

  • Managing client's patent portfolios

  • Liaising with the Malaysian Intellectual Property Corporation (MYIPO)

  • Providing consultation services to inventors and clients on managing and utilising patent protection


You should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Law or equivalent.

The responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Advising potential and existing clients on various intellectual property issues

  • Providing advice with respect to all aspects of local and international trademark portfolio, including trademark searches/analysis, trademark applications and office action responses

  • Preparing, managing and reviewing all documents, including trademark applications, office action responses and commercial intellectual property agreements such as licence and assignment, associated with filing and prosecution of intellectual property both locally and internationally, as well as ensuring that all documents are handled and processed in a timely manner in order to comply with relevant regulations and deadlines

  • Calling and liaising with clients and/or Malaysian Intellectual Property Corporation (MYIPO) when necessary


You should possess at least SPM/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U/Diploma qualification or equivalent and can speak in Chinese.

The responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

  • Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records

  • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

  • Preparing invoices, reports and other records

  • Following up on outstanding customer accounts

  • Entering daily data of financial transactions in the database

  • Providing assistance and support to company personnel

  • Managing the front desk & guest reception

  • Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues

  • Receiving and arranging daily mail/deliveries/couriers

  • Assisting in other general administrative related tasks and projects as they arise


A minimum of 3 years experience is preferable. A degree in Human Resource / Administration will be helpful.

The responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Maintains office staff by liaising with recruiters and resource providers, recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees

  • Handle and advise management on disciplinary issues and other employee related matters in compliance with local labour law

  • Monitoring staff attendance, and assist in weekly staffing schedules and planning work schedules

  • Monitor staff welfare and activities

  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, making necessary adjustments

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, and promoting process improvements

  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layout, and equipment maintenance and procurement

  • Maintaining the condition of office and arranging necessary repairs

  • Inventory control and purchasing of office supplies

  • Preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, tracking expenses, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions

  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease

  • Planning office events
